Seen: Britney Spears’ Latest Single “3″ Video

Britney Spears’s new single “3″ is No. 1 off of her upcoming album, The Singles Collection. The song had its premiere airing on Tuesday morning. Jive Records is releasing the album to celebrate the 10th anniversary of her debut on the music scene. Spears, 27. has had five albums debut No. 1 on the Billboard Top 100, and 23 Top 40 hits. This past weekend she wrapped up the U.S. leg of her Circus tour, which will resume Down Under in November.
