Going for a strikingly natural look, Christina Aguilera forgoes her usual overly-done red lipstick and eyes for a softer image on the cover of Marie Claire. In a recent interview for the magazine out this month, Christina Aguilera revealed details about her upcoming album. She tells Marie Claire that her new album is called Bionic and that her first single will likely be a song titled “Glam.”

She adds that “Glam” is a “poppy, hip-hop-infected throwback to Madonna’s ‘Vogue.’” Also mentioned in the interview are two other songs — a title track, “Bionic” as well as a ballad called “Lullaby.”

Aguilera also explains that she tones down the vocal histrionics and instead does what “maybe I’ve been afraid to do in the past, to allow myself to go to a place of ‘less singing.’ I’m more vulnerable and more strong at the same time.”
